Relational Stitching: Nonviolence in Action

Relational Stitching is an eight-week journey into the art of living nonviolently - in our bodies, our relationships, and the systems we’re part of.

It’s for those who sense that our relational fabric has frayed and who long to know how to respond to our growing disconnect and partisanship with intention, wisdom and compassion.

Rooted in the teachings of Kingian nonviolence and infused with spiritual frameworks, this course invites us to move beyond performance and politeness toward an embodied practice of nonviolence - one that is vocal, rises and is active.

Together, we’ll unlearn the many faces of violence - personal, structural, and ecological - and learn to restitch our relational fabric, one thread at a time.
