Coaching & Thought Partnership
The work of remaking the world asks a lot of us. It asks us to hold complexity, navigate conflict, lead without clear maps, and keep going when the problems feel impossibly big - all while also attending to our own lives, relationships and wellbeing.
Sometimes what's needed isn't another framework or course. It's a thinking partner who can help you see clearly, find what's yours, and show up to the work with more intention and less noise.
That's what this is for.
Coaching & Thought Partnership
Over a series of sessions we meet one-on-one. We focus on what's in front of you - the tensions, decisions and patterns that matter most right now. We notice what's underneath. We practice the conversations and choices that feel hard. We map what's next.
You leave each session with more clarity, practical insight, and energy you can carry into your life and work.
This might look like:
Working through a leadership challenge such as conflict, power dynamics, or a team or board that isn't moving with you.
Getting clear on what's yours to do, and what to put down - fleshing out that idea that’s been in the back of your mind.
Understanding how inherited patterns are showing up in your work, and beginning to shift them.
Navigating a significant transition in role, direction or identity.
Building the capacity to sustain this work for the long haul, without burning out.
We identify what matters most and work on it together, in a space that's honest, relational and grounded.
What we do together
Laura Hartley - Founder, Scintilla Centre
I came to this work through climate activism. And what I kept noticing - in movements, in organisations, in myself - was that we were often running on the same energy as the systems we were trying to change. The urgency, the pushing, the burnout, the unhealed conflict. We were trying to build something new from inside the old stories.
That tension is what Scintilla was born from. And it's what I bring into 1:1 work.
I'm a coach, a writer, and a trained facilitator in Kingian Nonviolence. My approach is conversational and relational, centred on inquiry, good questions, and the deeper thinking that can be hard to do alone. I also work with the body. Our nervous systems hold patterns our minds can't always access, and I find slowing down to listen to what's arising beneath the surface often gets us further than analysis alone.
If any of this resonates, start with a free discovery call. We'll explore what you're facing, what you're looking for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
Who Is This For?
People committed to a more just, loving and regenerative world in whatever form that takes. People doing meaningful work who sense that how they're showing up to it needs to shift, not just what they're doing.
If that's you, I'd love to talk.
How it works
Option 1: Single Session (2.5 hour Deep Dive)
A focused single thought partnership session. I'll send you a questionnaire beforehand so I can show up as prepared as possible for your specific goals. We'll then spend 2.5 hours together, unpacking whatever questions, tensions, or conflicts you're holding.
You'll gain greater clarity, expanded possibility, and a clear next step forward. You can book directly or start with a free discovery call if you'd prefer to chat first.
Note: this can be online, or we can meet live in London.
Investment: £300
Option 2: Coaching Partnership (8 sessions)
In this coaching relationship we meet every 1-2 weeks for a 60 minute session. We start with a commitment of eight sessions. We'll establish clear intentions for our work together while staying flexible to address whatever emerges along the way.
Start with a free discovery call where we'll explore what you're facing, what you're hoping to achieve, and whether we're a good fit to work together.
Investment: From £1200.
